If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or the services provided by our employees, please contact the Office Manager of Independent Healthcare Stafffing to discuss and/or document the issue. IHS has a process to resolve complaints in a rapid and complete manner. If the resolution is not satisfactory, you may escalate the issue to the Vice President and then to the CEO.

If any individual or organization has concerns about quality or safety of any clinical aspect of care provided by IHS employees that has not been satisfactorily addressed by the management and staff of IHS, then we welcome the parties concerned to contact the Joint Commission via their website www.jointcommission.org or telephone at 800-994-6610
